"We just got back from St. Vincent Sandals resort last week. First of all, we did a lot of research and read reviews since we wanted to sign up for the sandals. We got mixed feelings but we decided to pick this resort out of all other sandals resorts because it recently was newly built. "Hotel office staff is very courteous and professional. The ‘beach’ associated with the hotel is less than 50 ft along the waterfront and 30 ft wide at low tide, nearly non existent at high tide. Restaurant is not controlled by the hotel, the restaurant frequently had item unavailable that were on the menu. However, what the did have was reasonably priced and very good. "

"Third time staying here. I think it is the best value for the money in the Villa stretch. Again, I would double check on the beds available in the room booked. This one was listed as two twins and I asked if it could be put together into a King and they said it was already a King. The expedia website is frequently wrong in their listings of beds. Having Carib Beans behind the hotel is a big plus. Also, the hotel has started handing out 10% coupons to Carib Beans if you stay there. "

"Food was out of this world, it was buffet for all meals. Some of the restaurants like Jacks and the Italian restaurant was closed. but the bay restaurant made up for it. "

"Fun experience. Buttercup is an excellent ‘price performer.’ It was a wonderful experience. I stayed for one night. What a marvelous, helpful team. Phelia and Mike provided the ‘local view.’ If you are looking for a luxury, high-priced resort, go somewhere else. "

"My experience was amazing. The location is in a nice area about 7mins walk from the botantical gardens which was lovely. Kingstown is about a 10 min walk away and was nice to explore. The breakfast at the hotel was great and Callie and Marvin where exceptional hosts. The rooms were also well kept and were definetly up to my standards. Would recommend as well as stay again upon my return"
