"Good all round"

"Property was well kept Room was good but the people that clean the room was a issue like fogetting cups and coffee and clean towels room service the food was always cold Resteraunts were fair except for the sports bar which should be shut down most people were nice and some avt like they are doing you a favor even after you tip them "

"The pool and ocean view were the highlights of the property. The food was average at best. The location was somewhat isolated, you had to take a cab to go off site to eat other that Mama Mia's which was next door and decent. The front desk and cleaning staff were outstanding. The restaurant and bar staff were not as friendly. We did not do the all-inclusive but did eat at the restaurant a couple times and went to the pool bar a couple times. "Truly on the beach. Deckchairs and fresh beach towels any time. Salt plage restaurant does excellent breakfast and dinner and drinks on the beach. Friendly staff. Rooms are functional, comfortable and clean. We had a kitchenette and living room which we worked well for us."

"An awesome experience. Staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and very clean. Never a problem having access to food and drink...24/7. Always something to do, and I really enjoyed the included snorkeling excursions (3 per day)....just make sure to book early. Same with the a couple of their higher end restaurants....be sure to make a reservation ASAP. Having said that, we were able to have great dining experiences at the other restaurants with no reservation...

"Nestled into a quiet part of the country and good views of the sea. Room was nice and spacious, albeit a bit antiquated. Limited dining options next to the hotel so plan ahead. Kitchen requires you to plan a bit ahead for dinner, especially if its going to be late. I drove to the place so it was OK to get to and from the hotel but I can imagine would be difficult witha taxi. Staff was nice and accomodating."

"The cottage was fabulous, the view was beautiful, my only reservation was the cottage being up a fairly steep hill (well steep for me) otherwise I couldnt nor would want to fault it. The actual Galley Bay beach has no sun beds or refreshments but that said the smaller bay has a patch of grass you can lay on, more shade and a much smaller unihabited bay. Absolutely loved it all "

"The property is in a lovely location, very quiet a a peaceful - you really need a car as nowhere nearby to get supplies, it’s basic, but immaculate and with everything you need. Sharon was very helpful, but we sadly we were unable to meet Gabriela and Douglas on this occasion, we had read such glowing reviews about them. (I hope you are feeling better, and hopefully we may get to come again and meet you). Deep bay is a 20 min walk and is just gorgeous. "
