"The Staff had a lot of attitude and did not want to provide service. I was locked out of my room, as the locked was broken. I got the run around for almost a full day. No one wanted to take ownership and resolve the issue. The water activities staff showed up an hour late every day, and he gave me attitude when I asked to use the kayak. The lifeguard was not on duty for the majority of the day. He was chatting with other staff and not at his post. I rarely got a smile from the staff and...

"I stayed in a Royal Palm Beach room which was stunning. Rustic, charming, clean and peaceful. Right on the beach with my own sunbed and stunning ocean front room. I cant wait to come back"

"The Royalton CHIC is a stunning resort, however there is room for improvement. The check in and check out staff were abrupt and not at all what would be expected of a Front of Service. I felt rushed at check in and 3 inexperienced young ladies were all speaking at once. No real happy friendly hello. On check out staff member was abrupt and again not what would be expected of a 5 star hotel. The unsung heroes were the cleaners, maintenance staff and gardeners. They kept the Resort immaculate....

"Great resort for our older family. Very quiet, but with everything you need. Pool areas were great, but having access to Prickly Pear island really made this place standout. We did some off resort adventures, but our best days were on Prickly Pear and hanging by the pool. We had a 4 bedroom unit and it was perfect. Would stay here again if coming to Antigua. "

"Stayed there April 2026. My 3rd visit.Right on the beach close to amenities. Property well maintained. Great view. Nice small swimming pool .Small shop which sells a few but not all products for self catering. .20 minute drive from airport. 10 minute drive from St.Johns. Supermarket 5 minutes drive. Hope to return"

"Everything was outstanding…property was beautiful and well maintained, staff were all very friendly and helpful ( special shout to Tiquesha the concierge who helped us plan all our dinner reservations and chartered snorkeling/boat trip). Beach and pools were spectacular and the restaurants had great food and selections. Will definitely be back again!"

"Location was good, rooms were clean and well equipped. The only problem was our flight was delayed 4 hours and they charged us $100 US to stay past our check out time which seemed a bit much."

"The staff were lovely, and the property itself is in a great position overlooking the ocean. It was so nice having our breakfast on the terrace overlooking the pool to the ocean, with pelicans flying by & rays jumping! Our room was very spacious, although there were no windows, so not the ocean view we were expecting.. Several very handy restaurants just over the road meant we did not need to drive in the evenings. "

"Nestled into a quiet part of the country and good views of the sea. Room was nice and spacious, albeit a bit antiquated. Limited dining options next to the hotel so plan ahead. Kitchen requires you to plan a bit ahead for dinner, especially if its going to be late. I drove to the place so it was OK to get to and from the hotel but I can imagine would be difficult witha taxi. Staff was nice and accomodating."
