"My stay at Riu Montego Bay was fun overall. The resort was clean, the staff was absolutely amazing, and I had a great time. The one thing I felt was missing was a stronger Jamaican experience. Many people travel to Jamaica to enjoy the local culture, and I think the resort could do more to showcase it. For example, I would have loved to hear more reggae and Jamaican music throughout the resort. Even at the White Party, most of the music played was American. I also would have liked to see more...

"We literally were only there for half hour and had to leave! Please is outdated, room smelled molded! Bedsheets and bedding were dirty, that is had pee stains! Went outside the room to catch my breath from the room and a lizard about went in my hair! The room door had gaps that insect or lizard could come in! We left and tried to get a refund but we're out right denied, even though we were there for half an hour!"
