"I paid over $1800.00 to stay at the Grandiosa between 5/26-6/15/20 and they were not open for business due to COVID-19. I have made numerous calls with no response. Hotels.com have tried as well with no response. I don’t believe that they are still a functioning hotel. "I stayed at El Greco in February of 2020 hotel was booked through Expedia.com location was great I was able to move around locally my biggest problem is El Greco still did not refund my Deposit that I should have receive at the end of my stay providing there was no issues regarding the property . El Greco please do the right thing send my refund."
