"Definitely was worth it!"

"This hotel was the worst that I have ever stayed in when I arrived the lobby was so humid hot and dark very depressing looking me and my godmother ate lunch the first day and their was flies all over the table where we ate couldn’t even eat with the flies returning back to the table when we swatted them away the hotel room looked like a 1970s motel the air conditioning was poor quality couldn’t even get the room cooled my godmother had a heat stroke that night the staff was extremely unfriendly...

"Tried to cancel the trip after the hurricane and hotel originally said they would and then changed their mind . We came expecting it to be damaged and lower standards and for a $10,000 holiday I wasn’t impressed. Hotel smells horrendously of mold and our rooms were so full of mold we got chest infections. Confirmed by my doctor when I got home. Could see mold in the air con vents (photos taken). Hotel grounds themselves (like garden beds etc, not well kept ) Staff were unfriendly . Asking...
