"The staff were kind and approachable, the breakfast was good, the room was nice a big and all the rooms has sea view, However, the T.V did work in any of the rooms, the swimming pool was maintained and wasn’t accessible. The shower was old and no hot water. Overall, the hold building needs refurbishment to bring it back to the lovely Relax Resort that I remember from over the years.👍😊"

I arrived at thIs hotel Last night only to find it had been closed for over 3 months and that’s despite taking my booking..I did not even receive an e-mail to let me know they would be closed.. absolute disgraceful service and will not be staying there again.. Now I got to chase up my refund...therefore all I can say is buyer beware!!!

"I paid over $1800.00 to stay at the Grandiosa between 5/26-6/15/20 and they were not open for business due to COVID-19. I have made numerous calls with no response. Hotels.com have tried as well with no response. I don’t believe that they are still a functioning hotel. I am demanding my money back and I demand that Hotels.com intervene and make sure that my money is returned! So far I have been told that my money is non refundable. How can this be so if I never received what I paid for to...

"I stayed at El Greco in February of 2020 hotel was booked through Expedia.com location was great I was able to move around locally my biggest problem is El Greco still did not refund my Deposit that I should have receive at the end of my stay providing there was no issues regarding the property . El Greco please do the right thing send my refund."
