These are individually owned condominiums that mostly are just used to generate income for owners as most if not all owners neglect their units because the building itself is deteriorated. From the outside the building looks as if it has been through a war. The exterior is dirty and the presentation of the building as a whole reminds me of Beirut Lebanon in the 1980s. "I stayed at El Greco in February of 2020 hotel was booked through Expedia.com location was great I was able to move around locally my biggest problem is El Greco still did not refund my Deposit that I should have receive at the end of my stay providing there was no issues regarding the property . El Greco please do the right thing send my refund."
