"This was our first time to this resort, very close to the airport was a BIG plus, with easy access to the city and shopping areas. The staff were all great!!! Marlon the manager, was superb! He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay and helped us with facilitating a room change. Some areas of the property seemed in need of renovation. The sky pool is one such area. "The propery is amazing, breathtaking views, wonderful staff, and too many activities to name. The integration of privacy and party is phenomenal and our butlers spoiled us!!!! The only negative is that our room was never cleaned until late in the day - often after 7PM, which wasn't a huge issue until we wanted to relax in the room after full days of activities and excursions."

"Was a great experience the staff was very friendly nice pool and beautiful beach The buffet was very abundant and in addition there was the choice of three restaurants without reservations of excellent quality especially the Italian one the only negative notes were on arrival we had to wait more than an hour for the room because there was a problem that they solved by giving us an upgrade with a still sea view then the cleaning of the room only twice in 5 days of stay but overall we were fine"

"We stayed in the butler suite, room was very clean and amenities were superb, service was excellent, food choices was great didn’t need reservations to dine only for the Japanese restaurant, wasn’t crowded, it was excellent, only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the carpet in the hallway was a bit dated "

"This was our first experience in an All Inclusive, so I was over the moon excited to stay and every moment was a new experience like a special gift. We were bone tired from serving on the mission field with no luxury anything, to having a Butler, Ramona, care for our needs and more. She had to train us how to use her. Snorkeling, Foot Massage and Special Dining on the Dock! I want to return again and again! Thank you "
