Not everywhere you go you find that quality of staff. I would encourage the owner to capitalize on that and add some upgrades to make it more modern. I would definitely go back. I"

"I would give the Terra Nova 3 stars. The main reason for this lower rating was the state of the bathroom, the toilet had a clear seal applied right over a layer of black grime, leaving it looking absolutely dirty. For a high-end hotel, I definitely expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail."
