"MAJOR THEFT!!!, THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF THINGS STOLEN. CAR BROKEN INTO, AREA IS HIGH CRIME, RESIDENTS SAW THE THEFT, HAD WEBCAMS BUT WOULD NOT RELEASE THE FOOTAGE TO US. activity in hotel woke us up at time of theft, but hotel will not cooperate. STAY AWAY from this place and this area!!!!!"

"My wife and I took an uber from the airport in Guatemala very late around 10PM. It took about 45 min. The hotel is about 15 min away at walk from the downtown Antigua but it was worth as we liked walking. The hotel is very well decorated both 1st and 2nd floors. On the top we could see volcans very well. "
