"We needed to stay close and other safari lodge we booked and Panama was as the perfect place. The staff were so hospitable and pleasant. They were the start of my amazing time in Tanzania. Shamsa was an angel & so were the team. The restaurant stayed open later just for us to eat when we arrived. The food was great. The driver was nice and helpful. The kitchen staff were so pleasant. Everything was clean and tidy. It was a 10/10 in everything."

"Our stay at AMEG was fabulous. Staff were courteous and friendly. The food was outstanding and the junior suite gave us lots of room to spread out and relax. We used AMEG for a base to do day trips to Kilimanjaro including a day hike and back to the Mandura Huts and to the Materuni Village and Waterfall. AMEG even arranged a taxi drive into town for me to get more Shillings at the bank. If you ask they will let you know the correct spots to see Mt. Kilamanjaro from the lodge. We would highly...

"This is a fascinating property that was a pleasure to be in. Muksin and Catherine were great host. The room was excellent. There are some limitations if you have difficulty walking because of the nature of the steps. If you are fully mobile, it will be a wonderful experience."

"The staff were very friendly and the price was good. However, the room had mosquitoes. There are windows above the door leaking lights from the corridor that disturbed good night sleep. The shower water was hot but turned cold quickly."
