"Nice room and clean. Bed was VERY hard. There was shower and bath in room, but shower not working, so forced to take bath. View directly on wall, that close that room was bit dark. On 1 occasion housekeeping forgot to clean room. Quite central and convenient located. Staff friendly. Fridge and safety box in room. Nice gym. Nice cleanpool; as sun didn’t reach it it was surprisingly cool. Could do with thinner duvet as now at night ongoing pretty loud airco required."

"The staff overall were amazing. The butler staff Olo and Valtine where so helpful. The housekeeper was super at her job and the door staff, checking staff and dining staff were very professional and friendly. The rooms. Are beautify but the staff take this hotel to the next level. "
