"The hotel Hacienda Castilla is great. it is a 380 year old house very well adapted for a hotel, with the comforts and amenities of a modern hotel. Great mix of history and comfort! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone seeking a "hacienda" experience. The staff was fantastic, warm and friendly. "Oct 15/2022 **UPDATE !!!>> We were here a year ago when Luis and wife were present and giving a superb and excellent service, caring for the guests. Loved the place then. Now it is my last choice on booking or recommending this hotel. This place may be now under new management. At time of check in was fast and no issues since we were here before. We solicited SPA and massage services for next day by noon. For breakfast time next day we were asking to have our breakfast on our balcony via...
