"El lugar es simplemente increíble, la cabaña familiar cómoda, limpia y amplia. Muy recomendable para viajar en familia. El staff es fantástico y muy servicial. Nuestro único inconveniente se dio al solicitar el servicio de transfer a través del hotel, enviaron un conductor muy descortés y sin actitud de servicio se supone que iba a recogernos al aeropuerto y dijo que no podía estacionarse en la terminal pidió que caminaremos 200 metros con lluvia y a menos 6 grados, ojalá atiendan ese único...

"Es un lugar muy bonito, habitación limpia y personal amable, todo genial, el único detalle es que te llenan el frigobar, no te dicen que no está incluido, y al final te cobran muchísimo de consumo de unas papas y unas aguas del frigobar. Ojo con eso.! En primera deben indicar que es de paga desde recepción al hacer el check in y ya queda a criterio propio el consumo."

"Our 4 night stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. The hotel is super clean by Celestina and crew. Breakfast is served in a huge dining room with lakeside view, lots of delicious options. I wish we could stay longer but will definitely return. Restaurants within walking distance and the famous Calle Mitre is nearby for excellent chocolate shopping, so many options."
