What really made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding team. Nishanthan and Rinoshkanth went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable at every moment. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth made the experience feel incredibly personal — from arranging our excursions to ensuring that even our smallest preferences were remembered. They made us feel at home while delivering 5-star service throughout our stay. The kitchen team — Chef Susantha, Chef Raja, and Kolith — deserve special mention. Every meal was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, whether we opted for Sri Lankan specialties or Western dishes. We originally booked our stay with breakfast included, but were pleasantly surprised to find a full à la carte menu available daily from 7am to 10pm, with the staff ready to serve lunch and dinner as well. "Amazing hotel! Located off the beaten track this was a great experience for the family. The pool is excellent, food good quality and the tours were well organised with small numbers. This is not a touristy area so a more exclusive feel that other locations in Sri Lanka."
