"Staff across the board was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I have stayed at this location several times and never had an issue. The woman at check in seemed rude but had no issue with check in. "Booked 2 rooms. The hallway corridor, the carpets are pulling away from the wall and looks dirty and unmaintained.
Bathroom whirlpool tub is brown where the keys are and caulking has turned black in. The bathroom door didn’t open all the way, it hit the toilet.
Found hairs in the tub and under the sheets. There was a brown streak on the wall by the bed. Furniture was worn. Curtain had tiny holes in it that was allowing sunlight through, chair had missing fabric. "
