"All over very good experience"

"Amazing stay at the resort! The pool and beach were both amazing, very comfortable sunbeds and very clean. Service was slightly lacking at the pool and restaurant and the prices for drinks by the pool were quite high. The buffet dinner was excellent, and the breakfast was good as well. The room was lovely and very clean. Overall, we would recommend as a resort but we would choose to stay closer to Old Town on our next visit."

"Staff extremely accommodating for my daughters very restricted diet, sourced products not usually found in the island. Second stay here, staff were excellent, all very friendly and polite. Buffett was extensive and changed every night. Rooms were great all sea facing. I preferred room on a higher floor. Would be nice to have an atm in site but there is one across the road at their sister hotel where the beach is. Hope to be back again!"

"Excellent food from all of the restaurants, snack bars and even the buffet. Good range of pools without any major issue finding sun loungers. Beach is sandy and can easily swim in the sea safely. Water park is great to have as another option. Hotel is big on sustainability so have to refill your own water bottles each day, but easy enough to do. We occasionally needed to request the room to be cleaned via the app as not always done daily, however each time we requested it to be cleaned it was...

"Super tolles Hotel. Allerdings wurde nicht mitgeteilt das der Anbau vom Hotel gegenüber noch nicht fertig ist. Daher gab es tagsüber erheblichen Baulärm von Akkuschraubern, Hämmern und Bagger. Schade… Ansonsten ein Top Hotel mit sehr guter Lage…"

"Very good and family friendly experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, overall an excellent stay. The only complaint would be that dinner at 2 of the 4 restaurants felt a little like a conveyor belt where the priority seemed to be getting us fed and out as quickly as possible rather than having us enjoy the dining experience. With that said the experience at the other 2 restaurants was excellent."

"La vue, la mer et les piscines sont très belles. Mais les chambres étaient belles il y a 20 ans... pas du tout un hôtel chic... De plus, la formule déjeuner et souper inclu c'est un buffet de "tout inclu" vraiment très ordinaire.... Les chaises longues ne sont pas ajustables. On aurait voulu faire de la plongée et louer de l'équipement vers 16:00, mais la section de location était fermée. Le super market est un genre de bureau d'administration avec des choses à vendre... les lits sont ultras...

"Hotel mit eigenem Strand, so nah waren wir noch nie direkt am Strand. Reinigungspersonal top, Pool und Strand Top. Gym ist leider ein Witz, Frühstück könnte besser sein. Aber ansonsten ein Super Hotel."
