The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The amenities and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. "Clean room, clean shower, but flooring needs updating. It smells dusty and old. The breakfast buffet is good, but very overpriced. The location is not that close to centro historico. Don’t expect to walk there easily. The pool is warm, and the jacuzzis are nice, but very understaffed and people overstay the hot tubs and don’t allow people to enjoy them. "
