Breakfast was delicious and the renovations that are being completed are very exciting. The pin ball machine collection in the basement was such a great surprise! And fun! "The room was small. Bathroom was very compact and had a drainage smell. The bathroom door handle was loose causing a problem getting in and out. The air con was great but when switched off it would rattle intermittently which meant we had an awful night’s sleep. Main door to first floor squeaked causing more disturbance through the night. "

"Don't stay at this hotel! We chose this place because we wanted a little more comfort, even though there's a cheaper option right next door. We were given a room without a working shower because the water wouldn't drain. We couldn't contact the front desk because no one was there, and the phone numbers provided didn't answer. We had to use all the towels to save the room from flooding. My husband diligently cleaned the shower drain, removing about half a pound of fluff. (Where is the management here? Why don't they check the rooms?!) We went to bed without a shower (because we had no dry and clean towels left) at 1:30 am., and at 6:30 a.m., we were woken by the crew working on the hotel expansion (6:30 a.m.!!!). "
