Our arrival was delayed, and the hotel team organized a transfer from the night bus stop to the hotel in the middle of the night and provided us with a temporary room for the night. The hotel is situated in a beautiful landscape. The rooms were very clean and simply but nicely furnished. The hotel kitchen prepared very tasty meals. We were very satisfied with our stay."

"Staff were excellent before and during our stay. They helped us with arranging our pick up from Dong Hoi, early check in, trip to the caves (excellent) and onward travel arrangements.
