"Amazing place overall. Some facilities are a bit worn out such as stand lamps, fridge in our room wasn't working, and TV needs some proper reset as some apps doesn't properly install anymore. Despite all those, the big question is would we come back again? Definitely, my son had fun and loved every other areas it offers. The office room is also very quiet and has good net speed if you plan to do some work just incase. It has a souvenir store which sells family friendly items, and also offers over counter medicines on the clinic. However if you need very specific needs or items you may need to travel outside the island."

"Stayed here for a week, had a lovely time playing golf and doing the day cruise around ha long bay which was organised by the hotel. Simon made us feel really welcome and comfortable during our stay. He couldn’t have done more for us and checked in with us throughout. My boyfriend was really unwell during our stay and as soon as Simon was aware he did everything to help which made it so much easier for us, we were grateful to be there when he was unwell.
