"We arrived at 1:50 pm for check-in and were told rooms weren't available until 3:00 pm. After waiting over 3 hours, we finally got a room at 4:10 pm because our booked Bay View Family Room still wasn't ready. During the wait we spent a considerable amount at the bar. We were then "upgraded" to an Executive Lake View Room despite specifically booking a bay view. Reception moved us again, but the bay was only visible from the bathroom. We gave up arguing. The room had multiple maintenance issues:...

"What an amazing ship run by an amazing crew. The food was wonderful and lots of it. The activities were great fun, and you could tell the staff really enjoyed their jobs. We loved it and wouldn't hesitate to use Capella cruises again. In a field where there are many choices these guys stand out. Thank you for making our time so special."
