"The staff were great!"

"The fact that they let people throw trash on property and cook fish food in the villas that smell so bad the guest in the villas have to also open the doors in the room to air out the smell is the beginning. Theres no enforcements on certain foods to eat or cook on premises. No enforcements on trash disposals. Buffet is like a war zone. People eat and just toss food everywhere. The property just recently opened but is breaking down quick."

"We all liked the spacious rooms which had all the facilities needed. It also was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. You could not fault the staff who were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had an evening meal in the restaurant. The menu had plenty of choices Vietnamese and Western food. "Where can I begin… This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The service was non-existing, no one in the staff was service minded. Me and my friend stayed there for work purposes and ended up leaving early just because of their poor treatment. All the time there we were treated like strangers, no one in the staff knew we were guests, so we were questioned who we were at many times. They had a wedding one day and a conference one day, so they refused us entrance to the restaurant. After...
