The room was in poor condition and looked nothing like a villa. Tv didn’t work and bed sheets were old and room was not clean. "The pool is fantastic and the staff are extremely warm and welcoming. The gardens are pretty and our room was spacious, clean and the air conditioning, bed and shower were all good. The entertainment amenities (bikes, golf, tennis, games room etc) are very dated and could use a refresh - but we were mainly there for the pool and to break up the journey to Wilpattu after flying into Colombo, so it was fine for us and what we needed. "Lovely settings with views out to sea but a bit remote if you like to be near town. Lots of dogs prowling around coming up off the beach Good outdoor lawn area and pool. Our room was clean but pretty old. Probably needs a refit. Good friendly staff."
