"The air-conditioning was loud and in our room, the unit wasn't efficient and did not cool the room down and felt humid. But other than that we like to stay at the property and we'll be back"

"The room was clean in appearance, however it was inundated with ants. The staff was kind but unwilling to provide much assistance. The air conditioning work but did not adequately support comfortably within the room. The breakfast consisted of cold cereal, yogurt and a waffle iron. The hotel also reaked of a mildly smell throughout."

"I tried contacting the owner and I believe I ended up speaking with an agent, not sure why, I called the number I was given on the contract owner number, how ever agent helped me with providing the access code to the property."

"The cabin was great! However the communication with staff has been absolutely awful. The manager called me a night before screaming that my payment had not been made so he went ahead and processed it. The way he spoke was rude and unprofessional. The next morning he calls me to let me know that my cabin had maintenance issues and they had to give me a different one. I asked about the difference in total amount due and he said that it was a deposit that I would get back after my stay. It has been...
