"We where very disappointed by the charges for our dog. 30 euro per day extra for the dog. Can you explain where the more costs is coming from? If you charge an extra fee at the end of our stay for extra cleaning of the room I would understand. We enjoyed our stay very much, but we won't come back next year."

"A really lovely hotel close to all the attractions in Vicenza and also convenient for the railway station. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend Palazzo Scamozzi and will definetly stay here again."

"Otima localização, próximo ao centro histórico, mas nao distante da estacao de trem. Chuveiiro, cama , confoto otimos , meu quarto era pequeno , mas nao comprometeu nossa permanencia de 1 noite. Banheiro com bom tamanho. Cafe da manha bom , equipe do café muito atenciosa . Necessitando de yogurte sem lactose por exemplo foi imediatamemte providenciado. Espaço para guardar bagagem bom , e mesmo sem recepção 24 horas facil acesso ao hotel após horario obde portas foram fechadas."

"I was looking for a comfortable hotel for a stop over during a road trip and was super happy to have selected this hotel as an option. Parking is included and on the premises, the room was spacious, but the highlight was the breakfast the next morning, with a lot of options!! The restaurant downstairs was a good option since I was tired and did not want to go into the city. Only strange thing was that there was no shower cabin, so that after showering the whole bathroom was wet. "

"Stayed for one night during a business trip. Fairly basic room but clean. Staff did not speak good English but we managed. Beautiful location and very good food in the restaurant. "
