"The hotel offers less than expected. As a Resort & Spa it's expected to have Resort's facilities and to be a spa which nothing more than swimming-pool was found. The service was the highlight, particularly at the breakfast, both Marco and Valentina did everything they could to make our experience the best. Congrats to this team! "

"Schon das Checkin sehr schwierig. Alles verschlossen, Telefon war tot . Dann erst nach langer Diskussion unser gebuchtes Zimmer und nicht ein billigeres erhalten. Frech der Hinweis: Wir könnten ja noch stornieren...In der Küche keinerlei Geschirr, Parkplatz 1500 m weiter auf der Straße, kein Garten, also auch kein Gartenblick, Kommunikation nur mit Handy Übersetzer- man spricht nur Italienisch. Italienisches Frühstück , also süßes Gebäck . Wohnung ansonsten okay. "
