"Really cool modern hotel with robot butlers. Fun idea but a little scary! Another good idea was their honesty bars, saves on paying staff I assume! The spa was brilliant, well priced for all day access. The food was really tasty for breakfast and it’s on until 11am. Perfect tor lazy chilled days, they left rose petals on our bed as it was our honeymoon which was a lovely touch. It was a 35 minute walk from the centre of Syracuse and taxis are squirt expensive, there is a bus but we didn’t bother...

"The property is secure and there is an elevator. My room was very clean and had everything a traveller would need, including a complete kitchen. I was there in late fall and the heating system worked very well. The bathroom was modern and quite clean and there was plenty of room in the shower. The host was very helpful and her suggestion regarding where to eat breakfast was a good one. The host also provided a great deal of practical information regarding what you might need in Siracusa.
