Cari Hotel di Syracuse

"Beautiful hotel with wonderful hospitality We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Algilà Ortigia Charme. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly and genuinely welcoming. The hotel is full of Sicilian character and charm, and its location in Ortigia was perfect for exploring on foot. Our room was comfortable and beautifully suited to the character of the hotel, and the staff were always happy to help with recommendations and anything we needed. After travelling throughout Sicily...

"Relaxing, beautiful surroundings, lots of space, never felt crowded, good choice of food venues and styles at restaurants, drinks always available."

"The hotel is conveniently located and balcony restaurant and bar had a great view."

"Ein tolles Hotel, inmitten der Altstadt. Alles war füßläufig zu erreichen. Frühstück war wirklich toll. Aber Qualität des Hauses wird durch das Personal übertroffen. Immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. auch bei aussergewöhnlichen Wünschen. Aufenthalt dort eine absolute Empfehlung !"

"Amazing pool beautiful hotel"

"Driving is a challenge!"

"Great location in Ortigia. Walking to city center was easy. Beach across the street was nice"

"Great location and cinema theme."

"Es ist ein charmantes Boutique Hotel in einem alten Kloster mit großen Zimmern und tollem Flair und sehr netten Mitarbeitern"

"Mainly a resort for Italians. Many staff don’t speak English so you’ll need to bear that in mind. Tired resort ready for a refresh, feeling a bit shabby. The all-inclusive drinks were very short- normal amounts of cheap alcohol in a small plastic cup with little room for ice or soft drink part- strong but not pleasant. Pizza restaurant on site was off the scale terrible: mixed fried starter was going back mainly uneaten from every table - it was straight from freezer bag to deep fat fryer junk....

"Property is well located and staff was really helpful. If going in a rental, make sure you call ahead of time to register the car with the city and have a parking spot in one of the nearby garages. Parking is definitely scarce in Ortigia. The images from the hotel show a gym, that is a bit misleading."

"Nice facilities"

"We overall really enjoyed our 3 night stay here, and appreciated the quiet and historic charm of this hotel. It is an incredibly unique peace of property, with an attached historic Latomie that was both beautiful and intriguing—we really wished the hotel had access to explore the areas below. We also really appreciated the continental breakfast, and were surprised by other’s complaints in reviews we had read before staying here. It was the most elaborate continental breakfast we have ever...

"Good location."

"Such an amazing place! Everything from the incredibly friendly and helpful staff to the wonderful breakfast to the perfect location. Loved it all. Grazie Mille!"

"Staying at Pallazzo Gilistro was great. Staff was super helpful and very nice. We loved our large room and the fantastic breakfast. But the best part was our location. Close to everything. Very walkable. Really nice boutique stay."

"This was a unique property out in the country, as part of a thoroughbred horse racing track. You could watch racing from your room. The property was clean but is generally getting tired and needs refreshing. The lobby area is noisy and that cascades down the halls and to the rooms. The pool areas are nice and well kept. The breakfast was wanting, with most items running out."
