"This is probably the best hotel experience I've had in years. Front desk was genuiely friendly, even with a glass of cava! The room was beautifully decorated, included toiletries, the towels were soft. And the views were beautiful! Walking distance to a strip of shops and close to cathedral. There's a public transportation service right in front of the hotel, which you can take one stop toward Plaza de Espana. An unforgettable stay! "

"Everything about this hotel, from the location, the staff, the rooms, courtyard, breakfast etc was excellent. Every single person we encountered left a positive impact and made our stay more enjoyable. Wish we were here longer! Loved the breakfast. They have fresh juices, coffee, breads/pastries, fruit/vegetables, cheese and meats, cereal, yogurt and made to order dishes such as eggs, bacon and sausages. Only “bad” thing about the hotel is you’d need to walk with your luggage’s for a couple...

"We had a great stay at Hotel Mercer. The hotel is centrally located- a few minutes walk to the cathedral. The hotel is spotless and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful- they booked restaurants and tickets, and gave great advice to ensure we got the most out of our trip to Seville. Lucy especially was so welcoming and kind. Thank you all. "
