"This was a great hotel for travel to the airport. My wife and I only stayed a night but we were impressed by the general ambiance and the excellent staff who worked very hard to provide a high level of service. We particularly liked the main restaurant which was very impressive. We had steaks cooked to perfection! Our room was very comfortable and recently renovated. "Fenomenal, 100% recomendada, céntrica a 6 minutos caminando de la estación de trenes, subway tranvía de San Bernardo, acceso a todas la conexiones de buses y taxis. Te puedes venir en bus desde el Aeropuerto. Muy bien ubicada, amplio gimnasio, piscina, limpia ordenada, las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero están bien equipadas, y el personal es muy amable. Desayuno excelente."

"Staff were very rude and unhelpful.
The room i booked and paid for was given out to someone else and i was effectively down graded to a smaller room with no tea or coffee making facilities.A blocked sink and just not the best start to any holiday."

"Lovely hotel and staff. Right outside is the tram into the old town which for us was a blessing. Used every day of stay. Pool area was nice and bar outside. Lovely barman very helpful and polite. Food we had one evening was delicious. Front desk staff very welcoming and helpful. Nothing not to like about Occidental. Seville was superb and friendly. Fantastic 5 days here and I look forward to coming back in the future."
