"Very nice hotel with spacious, clean rooms. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices. The location was not exactly downtown but there were taxis right outside the hotel at all times."

"All staff we dealt with were excellent, informative and very friendly. Our room was well equipped on 9th floor, very quiet and with very comfy bed . Breakfast buffet was always very good and food of high quality .
If anything , digital info screens in lift were either out of date or don’t work, eg weather for March displayed , no floor number and the audible alert to floors was so so quiet we only noticed lifts had one on our 2nd last day - had been there a week!
Overall nice hotel. Easy taxi...

"El hotel es bonito , lo están relodelando por que las entradas estaba mitad bloqueadas, es muy grande a comparación de otros y te pierdes en encontrar tu habitación, No están claramente ordenadas las habitaciones y a mi me dieron una muy lejos y tiene muchas escaleras como iba con mi mamá y maletas fue complicado todo"

"The hotel was located in a great place and was very clean. This hotel was chosen because it had a gym. The treadmill was out of service and when asked when it would be repaired the hotel staff didn't seem like they were interested in having it fixed and did not express to client any urgency to fix it. This was disappointing. The front desk staff didn't seem as friendly as other staff's in other hotels we have stayed at in Sevilla. The housekeeping staff were very friendly though."

"Excellent! location is perfect for public transportation as the hotel is located right across the street from the metro (subway) line and the bus stations. Please note that this hotel itself is not close to where all the major attractions are so pick
We booked the smallest the room. The room is on the small side but that is to be expected.
The mattress and the bedding are all high quality.
Staff is friendly, helped with the luggage store professionally."
