"AC was always cold and on when we came in after a hot day out. The ladies who work in the breakfast area were absolutely wonderful! Even getting us Soy Milk because of our allergy for our coffee. The shower didn’t stay hot in our room. Easy check in and check out process."

"The hotel was very nice. The amenities, the view, the size and comfort. We were only there one day so we did not make use of the pool or spa but we could see the pool area and it seemed very nice. The concierge and luggage staff were very welcoming and polite, but the staff working the morning breakfast was very hostile and made us feel unwelcome. This was upsetting because otherwise our stay was quite enjoyable."

"Location was fantastic for us. Room need some care. Bedding (comforter) was stained. Broken utensils, bottle opener and wine opener. We let them know and nothing done about this. Opening wine, in Italy, was very difficult without a cork screw! Over all a good place, but would be better if the details were addressed."

A very special thank you to Humberto and Phillip, who gave us the warmest welcome we received during our entire vacation. From the moment we arrived, their kindness and hospitality made us feel genuinely valued and at home. We also want to recognize Andrea at the bar, who took wonderful care of us. His charisma, warmth, and genuine attention made every interaction special. He has a natural way of making guests feel like family rather than just hotel visitors. The hotel itself was wonderful, but it was the people who made our experience truly memorable. Humberto, Phillip, and Andrea are exceptional ambassadors for this hotel and the kind of people you remember long after a vacation is over. Thank you for making our stay so special. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would be very happy to return!"
