"Upon booking the hotel even 6 months early, we were quickly reached out by Giorgio. He gave us a heads up of what to expect and how to get there. I really appreciated this gesture as it ensured we knew available options and what may be considered scams. During this time, it was very easy to reach out to him and make any additional accommodations. Upon arriving, check in was very swift and satisfactory. Giorgio helped us carry our bags up and upon arriving on the floor, he answered any questions we had about Rome and what we should look out for. Includes in this was signs of pointing out tourists traps, a list of food spots which my girlfriend and I really enjoyed going to.
Throughout the stay, we also got to experience the included breakfast and I had to say it was amazing. It’s a small breakfast but there’s a large variety of croissants available and they even offer cooked eggs, coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, and even milk.
Every day there is room service and because of this, throughout our whole stay, our rooms were spotlessly clean. Toiletries were refilled without us needing to ask and this included soiled towels.
It was almost always dead silent and the little noise that did come was from the rare sirens and occasional conversations that were held in the hallway. There are no complains to be made about the room, everything was satisfactory. This ranged from the bathroom, it was always clean. The bed that was made daily.
