The staff connected us with the pro loco to help find our family living in Corleto and were super accommodating with check-in and check-out. They were patient with working through the language barrier and available for anything we needed during our stay. Gerardo even did a video chat a month prior to ensure that our trip would be perfect. "This hotel is no where close to a 4 star property! No kettle in the room for tea, when I asked the reception they said I can order tea from room service. Upon check in I asked the receptionist if breakfast was included in our stay and she said yes, during checkout we were told it wasn’t and that we had to pay extra for it. After checking in, we went to our room which was filled with flies, even few dead on the floor. I asked the receptionist if this could be sorted and they sent room cleaning...
