Une fois la réservation faite, j'ai essayé d'appeler l'hotel pour m'assurer que quelqu’un pouvait nous recevoir une demie-heure plus tard. Personne ne nous a repondu. Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier de notre nuit d'hotel. J'ai appelé le lendemain matin pour demander le remboursement vu l'impossibilité de séjourner. "It was a bit difficult to find because Google maps sends you to the wrong location. That driveway into the hotel is closed. You have to enter on Via del Popolo. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very confident. Parking was very easy. The breakfast buffet was very good."
