The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The service of the hotel staffs are impeccable. Breakfast as well was wonderful. Our stay experience was nothing but great. Will definitely return to this hotel during our next visit!

Strategic location just next to tram that bring you to Duomo with 4 stops or by foot, even to Centrale station is easy too. I am sensitive to noise but the tram does not create problem at all. If you are worried earplugs are supplied. Hotel room is clean. If a kettle is supplied to boil water that would be perfect. Breakfast is good with juices pastries fruits and cakes. Front desk staffs like Edie Michael and Peter are all very friendly and provide information patiently for each question asked...

My stay was just for two nights . Since fairly close to the Duomo, I have to finish shopping prior to returning to the hotel. No complains about the hotel services, except that the TV channels was all Italian. It was raining in the first night and I was confined in the hotel room but had no English TV channels for entertainment. Surprised that internet access and printing was free!! (unlike other hotels). The bathroom is big, but the shower area is small even for a man of Asian size!!. I could...

Very happy with the location of this hotel. Centre of everywhere. Right next to Galleria which is right next to the Duomo! We requested for a corner room with a view of the Galleria and we got it. Nice view
