"L’emplacement de l’hôtel est excellent. L’hôtel est magnifique très propre et avec beaucoup de commodités. La terrasse sur le toit est fabuleuse et le restaurant est vraiment excellent. Le personnel est très courtois et toujours prêt à nous aider. Il y a des bicyclettes sur place disponibles la piscine, le sauna et le spa vraiment c’était un séjour super agréable."

"The staff helpful and friendly.
Breakfast wonderful.
Room very clean. Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Had a broken hairdryer replaced it pronto!
We got two free drinks on arrival! Yay"

"Guiseppina, front of house, breakfast maker and server, and generally the go to person was superb.
Rooms quite small but adequate. Very clean.
Good breakfast ( not cooked), for €8. EXCELLENT coffee/ cappuccinos.
Bit of a walk into centre of town - 10 to 15 mins.
Lucca is a VERY picturesque city. Plenty to see and do. Lots of good restaurants.
We booked a guided tour of city on our first full day. Started from
Tourist Office. Worthwhile.
Good train service to Pisa."

"Um. 7.30 morgens gingen Bauarbeiten im Nebenzimmer los , an der Rezeptions sagte man lediglich das kann nicht sein frühestens war es 9.30, da waren wir beim Frühstücken, Allgemein ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen , aus der Dusche kam braunes Wasser , das wurde an der Rezeption zur Kenntnis genommen keine Entschuldung, keine Empfehlung für dieses Hotel"
