"Tutto veramente bello, personale molto cortese,il ragazzo alla reception Cristian( lui lo abbiamo visto di più) è gentilissimo e carinissimo... Il ragazzo di colore che non so come si chiama... Mi ha fatto un ottimo cappuccino a colazione.... Veramente top!!!! Insomma tutto bene e ottima cucina... Parcheggio all'interno della struttura tutto ok.. Insomma un ottima struttura in tutto.... Bravissimi tutti.... Torneremo a trovarvi "

"The stay here far exceeded my expectations as a traveler from the US. With Fiuggi being a smaller town I didn’t expect the staff to know English that well but the in fact did!! They were more than happy to help me out, answer any questions I had, and meet all my accommodations. The hotel is easily the best 4 star hotel in the region, and the spa was the perfect cherry on top. I’ve never been to a spa before but this was easily one of the best and most fun experiences I’ve had as a solo traveler....

"Egi is such a sweetheart and this place was incredible. She offered a restaurant suggestion that was less touristy and more authentic than the one we had already chosen and made our stay feel like it was our home. Very quaint and exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation. "
