"Great Establishment!"

"The hotel is located on the mountain and the view of lake Lugano is spectacular. As it turns out, the rest of the experience was less so. We arrived around 10pm and by then, the kitchen was closed. The staff reluctantly served us drinks while at the same time wiping tables and closing down - despite the fact that the bar was supposed to stay open for another 30 minutes. "There were multiple times they made a mistake and didn’t bill for something. Be sure to check your bill closely. Also, the restaurant wasn’t clear on a charge for a bottle of champagne for a special event. Kind of a let down at the end of a trip."

"Very disappointing experience. We left important clothing for dry cleaning during our stay, but it was delayed, and at checkout we were told it still wasn’t ready. We had already left for Milan , so now we don’t know when we’ll get our clothes back. A huge inconvenience, especially when you’re travelling. Rooms are very small . "We are at the restaurant is was not great . The Hotel and location was outstanding but substandard toiletries , they gave you little tubes which you would expect in a cheap hotel . We were always running out of shower gel as you only hit one wash with the tube. Everything else was fantastic . Hence the 4 stars would have given them 5"

"This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Amazing location, wonderful staff and excellent food. It is set a little way out of Bellagio but the shuttle is very easy to organise and you get the benefit of the view! The terrace is fantastic for breakfast, an afternoon cocktail or dinner. "Honestly…. Overall awful. The property has not been kept up. No AC within the hotel. The staff are not hospitable. Had horrible sleep and they wanted to charge me for their problem of a bed. Had to fight tooth and nail for them to waive it. This is not a real hotel."
