"Run-down hotel. The pool needs to be looked after, the food was horrible, and the room had a kitchen but absolutely nothing in it - no utensils, pots and pots or plates. The breakfast and dinner is served in the hotel lobby. There are holes in the wall on the balcony, the trash was overflowing in the communal bins and the room was SO hot because the air conditioner couldn’t keep the room cold."

"Bonjour, en général je ne réponds pas aux enquêtes. Je fais un effort cette fois-ci pour signaler que la piscine du San Michele se situe à … 1/2 kilomètre de l'hotel. Je pense que c'est un point qui devrait être clarifié dans la présentation de l'hotel.
