"PRO: The location is just next to the cathedral. CONS: The lady at front desk (Carmen) was very dismissive and not courteous at all. NO PARKING unless you reserve it in advanced, and it seems that they only have a few spaces nearby. Impossible to reserve in advance if they never pick up the phone. We chose this hotel for the parking convenience paying more for the room than other hotels in the area without parking. We were surprised that at check in they were offering rooms on the website...

"What a beautiful renovation and serene environment. These are basic rooms and not luxurious. No A/C, but the rooms are clean with modern bathrooms. The property has a lovely central square that the hotel rooms surround, that is peaceful and charming. Gorgeous biblical art and grand arches can be seen throughout the common spaces, and act as a reminder that this building was originally a convent from the mid 1600s. There is a large secure garage which accommodates European family saloons. Note you must draw up to the hotel and unload. Park in the garage and return up the hill via the stairs. "Great location , if you drive be aware that there are road barriers to get into the town, you can drive up and push a button and they will lower the barriers. This was NOT communicated to us in advance , others had the same issue. Parking is under the hotel and VERY tight, need a small car."
