"Very well located by the "Promenade", as well as the Place Massena/soppinng district and Old Town, all of which within walking distance, this big property is convenient. The rooms are comfortable, but as the hotel in general, they are a little outdated, and would need some kind of modernization. The rooftop has superb views, but again would need some renovation (showers, access, bar etc). The gym is small and under-equipped. The spa was closed when I stayed there... There were two instances when walking back into the hotel after a day out that staff members approached and asked me what I was doing there and where I was going. When I stated that I was a guest of the hotel they looked surprised. I guess I don’t look rich enough"

"The The location is great and view from the rooftop is exceptional. The rooftop offers a 360 degree view spanning from the Alps to the Mediterranean Sea. The staff unfortunately was not up to par. Marriott offers members the ability to extend their stay which presumably is to be exercised before check out time. "Positive : Location is perfect. Staff was helpfull and friendly . Breakfast was ok. AC working very well Negative : Single rooms are too small comparing with the price . Water was leaking from the shower as they don’t have shower cabin . There is a kettle and teabags but there is no complimentary waters in the room. Also there is no minibar in the room ."
