"The heating wasn’t working on a cold weekend, but they didn’t tell it’s when we checked in and only told us once we complained the second time, and then said it wouldn’t be fixed because it was weekend. The hotel generally looks a bit tired and in need of a refit. Gym & sauna just bland and no quality feeling, a bit of a home made feeling to it. TV in room was skew on wall, espresso machine tray bent. Just not what one expects from a Radisson."

"This was my third visit and another wonderful experience made all the more enjoyable by the warmest welcome. It was lovely seeing Andrea again and feeling like being greeted by a friend.
A special thank you too to my chambermaid (whose name unfortunately I do not have), such a treat getting back into my room every evening as it is was the first day of the stay, everything pristine, the bathroom spotless and well restocked with essentials, and a fresh supply of water bottles on the bedside...

"Room is clean but smelled like vinegar when we go in. Had to air it out. The AC doesn’t go very low so gets warm at night. The shower set up was interesting because there’s nothing keeping water from splashing. Pool is nice. The hotel is outside of the old town but walkable to the center so it was nice."
