"Great hotel. Great staff. Pool was perfect. No shallow end for young kids so take armbands or a float if needed. Breakfast was good. Restaurants in the area are pretty scarce so think ahead."

"The hotel didn't appear able (or perhaps willing) to cope with the number of guests they had and as a result the customer service was very poor. Firstly, the concierge was reticent to provide a concierge service; thanks for the advice to just google stuff myself. The pool was dirty (kids were writing in the dirt around the pool edge) and towels were poorly stocked. Whatever the hotel's approach to managing the breakfast service is; it doesn't work. Utter chaos. Perhaps also the hotel management...

As expected from Best Western, this is a nice, clean and quiet hotel. Though the lobby is quite busy because it's small, the restaurant/bar & elevators are all located right there. Check in was easy, everyone spoke English. The rooms were nice, clean, the beds very comfortable and the bathroom excellent with good shower water pressure. The location is a little walking distance from the main attractions: Fontaine la Rotonda, Rue Mirabeau, restaurants & shops but if...
