"A little disappointed to arrive 5 hours past check in time and still have to wait 45 minutes before our room was ready. Our room was clean, but the sink faucet was loose, the fire alarm was not installed, and the morning coffee and advertised breakfast were non-existent. The staff was friendly and apologetic, but this property has a ways to go to approach Wyndham standards."

"I asked a room that don't need to use the stairs because of my walking difficulties when I book this hotel but they don't give that. They only clean our room after we checked in. We wait for so long to clean our room. There's a lot of bed bugs. I got a lot of bed bugs bite. Don't stay at this hotel."

"It was a wonderful stay. I would recommend this to anyone. Ferry right there to go to Norfolk, Courteous Staff, Spacious rooms, walk in closets. Pools, Pool Tables, Chat Room, Computers, Laundry on each floor, dishwasher. Everything was beyond my expectations. I stayed for one week, and wish I could have stayed a month. The two bedrooms two baths looks like two separated apartments. You will fall in love with this place. I stayed in many places and thought they were great, but by far...
