"Only thing is when I was ready to watch tv the remote didn't work so I had to call staff to come fix the TV and replace the remote this was at bedtime so I was annoyed. No elevators in the building so I had to walk a flight of stairs bo happy. You have to get buzzed in to use the pool. Not a fan. But overall the cheapest hotel near the river is what matters to me."

"We stayed 3 nights. The first night was the air conditioner was making noise. We went out the second day, came back our room was warm. It didn't work. The front desk clerk came in said we could move to a different room. We had to pack up all our things and move. Got to the other room and that air conditioner didn't work. Had to pack up again and move to another room. Not a pleasant trip."

"Lobby reception was amazing. When one of our guests needed a disposable razor, the receptionist came all the way up to our room to deliver a razor and shaving cream. Room service for cleaning was on-and-off: they left a “we honored your no-privacy sign” card on our door and did not clean our room despite us not leaving a no-privacy sign on."

"The room was ok… there was a two huge stains on the couch. There were also stains on the carpet that seemed to look like blood. It didn’t feel clean in the room. The bathroom was extremely small, the toilet and shower were in the same room and it was hard to shut the door, water got everywhere from the shower. The tv was also positioned in a weird spot. The closet had mirror doors which was cool. The pool and hot tub were nice to use, they were nice and hot. I also liked the lobby and the breakfast. The hotel building itself was located in a nice area and was close to some big stores like a Super Target. I felt bad since it was a trip for my finances birthday and it was kind of dumpy. When coming back into the area I would chose another place to stay."

"The room smelled like bug spray, there was mouse poo on one of the beds, there was old food behind the night stand, there were no hangers, no batman, no hand towel, the toilet was gross, the tub had so much hair in it I could have made a wig and under the sink had used kleenex's, some other junk and best of all.. someone else's hat, last but not least the bathroom counter was broken, not just cracked...broken which they attempted to cover up by putting our stained bath towels on. Every thing in our room was stained, from the comforter to the face cloths the floors were so dirty that my socks are black on the bottom, we won't be staying there again."
