"Older, historic hotel in downtown Białystok nicely restored. I stayed in family suite, room # 118. Room was very clean, lots of windows facing St. Mikolaj Orthodox Church. I kept windows closed, due to traffic noise but A/C was a bonus.
The best was location. Walking distance to Kościuszki square and restaurants.
I would highly recommend hotel Cristal if you’re visiting Białystok"

"It is a good place for a stop over or an event for family or business. Breakfast buffet is healthy and plentiful. The restaurant is also excellent. What is a bit bizarre is the architecture. The hotel was built in 2014, I was told. The architect clearly had no idea how to use the space efficiently. It should be studied as an example and made into the Museum of Bad Architecture. In addition, the planners, in 2014, didn't think about usb charging ports, but equipped rooms with internet ethernet...
