"The hotel is comfortable, located next to a big shopping mall. Rooms are comfortable, although the blankets are rather narrow and the room temperature could not be regulated so it was a bit chilly. The hotel restaurant is very good, with abundant breakfast and good dinner choices. Staff are friendly and helpful "

"A lovely hotel with many famous international clientele. The were amazing, very professional and helpful. The quality of the hotel was extremely good and the room whilst small was perfect and the bed superbly comfortable. I even got to use the pool and spa located in the basement all by myself. The architecture of the hotel internally is also very good and very interesting with rooms either side of an atrium where two separate buildings were effectively joined together. "There was a mixup at first about our reservation for 2 rooms but the staff were very helpful in rectifying it. Also they were very helpful in helping with our daughter who was very ill. Food service was also very accommodating and quick."
