"My favorite hotel when I come through Rszezow. Staff is friendly and speak English well. I forgot my toothbrush and it was no problem to get a dental kit from reception. Superior room was very spacious and the bathtub was such a nice way to relax after a long journey. "

"I last stayed here 12 years ago before this time. The hotel seems to have grown, but still has the same quality and luxury feel. The only negative is we were given the wrong room at check in, but it was quickly resolved."

" We had a good stay at the hotel. Our room was spacious and spotless, with a clean bathroom. The on-site restaurant and spa were standout highlights. The pool was closed during our visit, which was disappointing since we chose the hotel for swimming for the kids. On the plus side, all staff were very friendly and polite, which greatly enhanced our experience. We’d consider returning if the pool is available next time."

If you travel with people with disabilities, one thing to consider that there are no elevators there. Otherwise, great experience overall. Highly recommend. "
