"Hotel romance was a wonderful place to stay in Karlovy Vary. It was a little difficult to get there from the train station as you had to take a bus and then walk down to the hotel. Apple Maps gave us the wrong directions, and we climbed a huge set of stairs and then walk down the street to the same place. However, after getting their list, app could not have been nicer. The breakfast food was delicious and I had a wonderful massage."

The staff is excellent, they went out of their way to make our time special. The concierge, Tomaz, went out of his way to help us find my family’s home here in the Czech Republic. "Great hotel location next to brewery. I do believe for the lack of comforts of the room it is overpriced! You are definitely paying for locations and name. I would not stay here again for the price I paid of $225 a night without breakfast. Room small and no real comforts and AC could hardly keep up. I had to go to my car and bring up a fan. Staff was friendly."
