"Great family hotel - perfect for my two year old son. Facilities are excellent, lots of room in the pool(s), slides, beach access. Room was spacious, clean and 2 entrances to the balcony which meant we could sit out when my son was asleep. Food was good too - only issue is that the themed restaurants are booking only. "Very average and overpriced. Limited service throughout the hotel - rooms are only cleaned every few days, beach towels only changed 3x per week and if you miss the 2 hour slot or are out of the hotel you have to keep them. This is not well communicated so we only had 2 or 3 towel changes for 10 day stay. Won't be returning, there are much better choices at this high price."
