"The pool looked like a swamp for my entire stay, she told us it was clean but there were days and days where you could see the mosquito eggs floating on the top, dead bugs and plant matter, you couldn’t even see the bottom. I rented this room to relax and sit by the pool and enjoy a clean beach. The beach beds were literally covered in a mountain of sand and the area had a bad smell. One day I was sucking it up I saw one of the staff drag the mattress out of the beach area so she could sun...

"I liked that it was close to the main street for shopping and dining but far enough away that it wasn't noisy. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The AC was appreciated but I could have used a blanket, not just a sheet. Toiletries like shampoo etc. would also have been appreciated but I understand why they weren't included."

"We arrived to town early in the morning on a bus from Ecuador. Fortunately, the hotel provides an option for early arrival. The room had ample space, and was provided with a desk and a balcony. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good."
